Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Policy applies to paid NodeConnect Hub training programs confirmed by invoice or enrollment email. Website prices are informational and do not themselves create a charge.

2. Eligibility timeframe

You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of payment if you have not attended more than one live session and have not downloaded more than the welcome pack materials. Requests after day 7 are evaluated for partial credit only.

3. Full refunds

Full refunds are granted when NodeConnect Hub cancels a cohort, when a confirmed enrollment cannot be delivered as described, or when a request meets the timeframe and participation limits above.

4. Partial refunds

If you withdraw after attending two or more live sessions but before the midpoint of a multi-week studio, we may offer a partial refund of up to 40% of fees paid, less administrative costs. After the midpoint, fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Non-refundable items

Private custom curriculum design fees, completed one-to-one mentoring hours, and third-party exam vouchers purchased on your behalf are non-refundable once delivered or ordered.

6. Refund process

Email contact@nodeconnect-hub.digital with your full name, program name, payment date, and reason. We acknowledge requests within three business days and decide within ten business days.

7. Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Bank timelines may add additional days beyond our transfer.

8. Cancellations by NodeConnect Hub

If we cancel or materially reschedule a cohort and you cannot attend the new dates, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later cohort at no extra fee.

9. Exceptions

We may consider compassionate exceptions (serious illness or documented emergencies) outside the standard windows. Documentation may be requested. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may delay resolution.
